Nadia was a part of the orchestra accompanying Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett at the Inaugural Staff Ball held at the Convention Center on January 22nd. The event, at which President Obama thanked White House aides and campaign staffers, included performances of Lady Gaga's hit "Born This Way" and "Lady is a Tramp," which Bennett and Gaga performed as a duo.
Recent concerts have included the world premiere of Norwegian composer Kjell Habbestad's Edvard Munch Suite at the National Gallery of Art, performances with the Apollo Chamber Orchestra in Bethesda, the National President's Day Choral Festival at the Kennedy Center, and a featured performance at the Washington Sound Museum series with multi-instrumentalist Christylez Bacon.
